As the calendar turns to the end of 2024, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey this blog has taken over the years. The Weekly Creative Buzz began as a space to share insights, inspiration, and practical advice for fabric and fiber creatives—and what a journey it’s been!
It’s been an honor to connect with so many of you through these posts. From exploring creativity’s endless possibilities to sharing my personal ups and downs as a fabric-loving entrepreneur, every article has been a labor of love.
But as all creative ventures do, this one has reached a natural turning point. After much thought, I’ve decided it’s time to close this chapter and focus on new ways to connect and share ideas.
Why This Shift?
The decision to pause the blog wasn’t an easy one, but it’s the right one. Creativity thrives on evolution, and I’ve learned that sometimes we need to create space for new opportunities.
With the launch of The Textile Creative Podcast, I’m excited to bring you even more inspiration, insights, and actionable tips—but this time, through a medium that allows for deeper connections and more dynamic conversations.

While this marks the end of The Weekly Creative Buzz as an active blog, it’s far from disappearing. All past articles will remain here on my website, available for anyone who needs a spark of inspiration or practical advice.

Looking Back with Gratitude
As I write this final post, I’m embarrassed to admit, I’m tearing up. I can’t help but feel grateful for everything this blog has brought into my life:
