Creative fabric swatches for designers and patternmakers

Back and Better

with Virginia Leigh Studio

Well, Hello my Wonderful Creative Community!

Welcome Back!

If you’ve been wondering why my site and social media accounts have been quieter than a mouse in a cheese factory lately, let me fill you in. There was a bit of an unexpected plot twist in the studio – I’ve been on an impromptu health-related sabbatical.

But Fear Not! I’ve battled the health dragons, won, and now, I’m back, feeling better and brighter than ever.

It’s taking a bit of getting used to, this battery insured, Bluetooth enable, lifetime warranty life! LOL!

It turns out, even super-creative ninjas like us need a little TLC from time to time!

And let’s just say, the Universe sure has a knack for catching us off-guard, doesn’t it? Like the time when you realize halfway through a project that you’ve been using the wrong yarn, or when you accidentally sew your sleeve to the neck opening! (Just me? No? Anyone?)

Anyway, I want to say a huge THANK YOU for your patience during my brief intermission. I’ve missed you all like a painter misses her brush when it’s gone MIA! And while I was away, I took some time to mull over some exciting new ideas that I can’t wait to share with you.

So buckle up, fellow creatives! I’m about to embark on an exhilarating new chapter and would love those of you who are interested to join me.

The Creatively-U Series will remain intact, and I will continue to offer wonderful creative tips and tricks regularly.

In addition, get ready to immerse yourself in a world of thread and fabric. We’re going to create, innovate, and maybe even throw a virtual party or two.

In the words of a famous little green guy: “Back, I am. Started, the fun has!”

Welcome back to Virginia Leigh Studio, where creativity never sleeps (even when its main occupant has to.)

Stay tuned for HOW you can join this new conversation, if you’re interested.

Yours in stitches,

Virginia
